Defective Products

Defective products are products that contain a defect that causes harm to the consumer of the product, to someone to whom the product was loaned, given, etc., the law requires the manufacturer, wholesaler and/or retailer to bear the losses. A defect could be in the design, could occur during the manufacture of the item, or could be due to improper instructions or failure to warn.

What you should do to protect your rights:

In product liability cases, the product itself is the most important evidence.

The product should be stored in a secure location and kept in your custody if
     possible.

As soon as possible after the accident, take good, clear pictures (from
different angles) of not only the product, but the damage(s) as well.

It may be necessary for engineers and other expert witnesses to
     thoroughly evaluate your product.

Do not let anyone take these products from you without first consulting with
     us.
